Our story began in 2005 when PCC was founded by G. Mazarakis, present GM.

For almost 20 years, we deliver Patient Support Programs including patient training for medication, Home care solutions, Clinic networking for outpatient drug administration, medication adherence programs.

Over the last 10 years we provide digital solutions connecting the missing communication dots between HCPs and patients.

Recently, we launched PVoT, a unique, non-App, holistic health care ecosystem.
